DEPOSIT GROWTH: DRIVE OUTBOUND CALLING PROGRAMS WITH MCIF/CRM TECHNOLOGY

Objective:

Utilize MCIF & CRM technology to drive outbound calling programs.

Analysis:

A $155m financial institution needed to leverage actionable intelligence and CRM technology to proactively approach deposit retention. Without an efficient CRM system, they struggled to maintain consistent effort, tracking and result measurement.

Action:

Actionable event logs were generated for maturing certificates of deposit within CallTrax, allowing team members to easily locate, track and log calls.

Results:

After three quarters, the financial institution called 54 members with maturing certificates of deposit; of those, 39 (72%) have renewed their certificates for total balances of $1.6m, with resulting profit of over $28,000.

The calling program was so successful that the institution is planning to expand its calling activities to include new households, single service households and platinum households.
