To increase product usage and reduce attrition.

Analysis:

This $245m institution was in search of programs to help increase relationship strengthening and retention.

Action:

With the help of MARQUIS’ OnTrax and Creative team, the institution implemented a data-driven marketing plan to communicate with customers in a timely manner. They started with onboarding and reboarding, and gradually built up to multiple programs.

Results:

In a year’s time, the institution gained $23.7 million in new direct balances. With a response rate of 6.70%, the direct ROI was 1,139%.
