REFERRAL TRACKING: TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AUTOMATED REFERRALS

Objective:

Increase usage of CallTrax and take full advantage of automated referral and incentive tracking.

Analysis:

This $300m financial institution, a 7-year user of CallTrax, needed to promote more consistent usage of the program.

Action:

In order to encourage more consistent usage of CallTrax, this financial institution utilized the automated incentive tracking feature. All employees are paid for new account activity and proactive sales behavior. A minimum of 30 sales calls are to be placed each month for each employee receiving payments for incentives.

Results:

All employees have received training to use CallTrax and through regular use, they have gained a deeper understanding of the program. Nearly 95% of the retail employee group uses CallTrax on a regular basis – up from 10%. The average incentive payout is $200 per month and some have reached as high as $1,000.
