Prospera Credit Union began their partnership with Marquis with over $256 million in assets. They utilized demographics, P$YCLE, and propensity data to target those most likely in the market for a loan and to drive awareness and business to Prospera’s investment services group. And to keep the C Suite updated and informed, Marquis built branch-specific dashboards as well as custom daily snapshot of their key performance indicators for the CLO and the CFO.
Marquis’ marketing suite allowed Prospera to take full advantage of their data. They accomplished their initial goals of implementing triggers and automating daily marketing within the first year of partnership. Since then, Prospera has experienced a considerable lift in engagement and retention. In four short years, their assets have grown to over $340 million. Their average response rate is now at a healthy 6% with a healthy 584% average margin ROI.
