Marquis Announces Key Customer Achievements and Exciting Upcoming Product Release at its Annual 2024 Conference
PLANO, Texas — On April 15–16, 2024, Marquis, the leading provider of data-driven marketing, CRM, and compliance solutions for banks and credit unions, hosted 250 attendees at its Annual Conference at the Gaylord Convention Center in Grapevine, TX.
The event brought together marketing and compliance leaders from Marquis client financial intuitions, and other industry thought-leaders to share best practices, insights, and emerging trends. Marquis also made several exciting announcements. Highlights included:

In 2023, 100 Marquis client institutions produced more than 1,000 campaigns to over 6 million customers in which they achieved:
- 10x average direct ROI (for every $1 invested, $10 direct marginal profit)
- 197,000 direct response accounts opened
- $5.3 billion in direct response balances generated
- Average account balance of $26K
- Industry-leading response rate average of 9%
Marquis’ clients were recognized for their marketing work and outstanding results, winning top awards across the industry including Capital Performance Group Awards, Americas Credit Unions (CUNA) Diamond Awards, MAC (Marketing Association of Credit Unions) Awards, and Kentico Site of the Year.
Additionally, six clients who received a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluation in 2023 earned an Outstanding rating, utilizing the Marquis Compliance Data Platform for their submissions. Over the past 10 years, fewer than 10% of banks received a CRA rating of Outstanding, the highest possible rating.
