ZAG & Marquis Deliver Real Results Through Integrated Solutions

Marquis acquired ZAG Interactive in 2023 and together, the companies have been helping banks and credit unions throughout the U.S. better target audiences and drive real marketing growth. We are excited to announce that Marquis clients who have the Marketing Data Platform (MDP) and who are also ZAG clients can now seamlessly and securely share data between the platform and their CMS. This provides an additional content personalization opportunity and can drive actual actual conversions to new accounts, increased balances and hard ROI.

Smarter financial marketing

Time and time again, analytics data indicates significant increases in conversions and user engagement when visitors are served personalized content on a website over a non-personalized visit. This newly integrated solution boosts the relevance of public website content through personalized promotions, related products, and relevant resources like calculators and literacy content. Ultimately this will help better deliver against an institution’s marketing goals and KPIs with more confidence.

How does it work?

Through an API integration between the client’s Marketing Data Platform and their ZAG website CMS platform (either Kentico or Umbraco), timely data is shared to deliver the right message to website visitors, at the right time. This seamless integration breaks the barriers that institutions often face when having data in multiple sources, but not being able to aggregate and target to improve digital marketers’ game.

Custom personalization plan for every client

Each bank and credit union’s data, needs and goals are different, so the team at ZAG will custom craft a unique personalization plan which includes defining key personas/contact groups, identifying what content types will be personalized, and providing supportive copywriting and imagery services.

In addition, analytics tracking and reporting will be setup to monitor performance - including tracking conversions and overall ROI. After the solution is in place, ZAG can also continue to refine the personalization plan to ensure that tactics meet the changing goals and expectations of each client.
