This $125m institution needed a comprehensive strategy in order to accomplish a variety of goals. In addition to establishing priorities, setting timelines and staying within a budget, they were looking for assistance with creative design and fulfillment.
A MARQUIS strategist analyzed the institution’s MCIF to identify households with the greatest potential for new products. Campaigns were implemented with the assistance of the MARQUIS creative team, including reboarding, auto runoff, auto recapture, and multiple loan acquisition programs.
In just the first quarter of tracking the programs, the institution had already earned $5 for every dollar spent. The campaigns generated $11 million in total balances, including $9 million in new loans.
