ONTRAX: STRATEGIC, TARGETED MARKETING

Objective:

To utilize MCIF and direct mail to target marketing efforts and track the results.

Analysis:

This $250 million financial institution was seeking a way to track results and measure the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. This client turned to MARQUIS for help in developing a strategy to streamline their marketing calendar, obtain quantifiable results, and maximize the efficiency of their marketing budget.

Action:

Working with their MARQUIS OnTrax consultant, the institution developed a focused marketing plan utilizing MCIF and direct mail to target the right prospects, and provided detailed data to measure the effectiveness of each effort. The strategic plan also provided their marketers with the necessary information to maximize value for new and existing clients, increasing the efficiency of their marketing
by better matching products to client needs.

Results:

Over the past five years, the institution has gained 2,745 new accounts and added $35.9 million in new balances from the programs implemented by MARQUIS DM and OnTrax services. The total return was $203 for every dollar spent with MARQUIS.
