REFERRAL TRACKING: AUTOMATE TRACKING, MEASURING, AND REPORTING

Objective:

Automate tracking, measuring and reporting of pipeline activity within CallTrax.

Analysis:

This $350m financial institution had a cumbersome pipeline process in place and needed to assess other options.

Action:

The commercial lenders began logging their pipeline activity directly into CallTrax.

Results:

Within one quarter, $12.6m worth of commercial and mortgage loans were added to the pipeline. Roughly 53%, or $6.2m, represents new business. This financial institution’s commercial lenders and management now work with pipelines on a daily basis and expanded use of the pipeline system is being opened to include retail staff.
