With a single-flight onboarding program in place, the institution wanted to test the effectiveness of more comprehensive direct mail as a tool for communicating with new clients.

The client significantly increased its membership, number of accounts, and the value of account balances. Over the past four years, the institution has gained 7,679 new accounts and added $236 million in new balances to its portfolio from the programs implemented by MARQUIS OnTrax and DM services. The overall ROI was 118% over this period.
Just as important, the FI also obtained a better picture of who its clients are, and who its respondents are. Their management team now has a means to track the results of their marketing efforts, one that did not exist prior to implementation of the strategy developed by MARQUIS. This allows them to make the most efficient use of their marketing dollars.
