Marketing Data Platform (FKA ExecuTrax) Training: Getting Started with your MDP

This introductory three-part series is designed for new users of the Marketing Data Platform (FKA ExecuTrax). Much of the training will involve hands-on navigation through the platform, so attendees should have access to the software prior to training. 

Along the way, we’ll also strengthen your knowledge by discussing tips, tips, and best practices. Day 1 will focus on getting started in the Marketing Data Platform (FKA ExecuTrax); specifically:

 • Learning resources

 • File Manager-creating, selecting institution and file-set

 • Settings-creating, setting up and editing lookup information, Accounts, Product types, and Branches

 • Settings-Creating & using User Defined Fields

 • Data Pro-creating-maintaining import layouts, and learn how to use Data Conversion, CASS certify, and Geocode
