The purpose of Manual Geocode is to identify those records with Geocode exceptions and search within the CenTrax Address Database as well as compare against FFIEC to update the records with appropriate geocode information.

MAPPING

The Mapping function is built into the application and allows a visible representation of where applications have been made as well as giving the ability to display extra features such as branch locations, radius rings and a color theme of the Tract Income Level for an area. Due to the color theme, a filter on a Tract Group is required in order to use the mapping feature.

FILTERING

Filtering is used to isolate specific records for analysis purposes, data audits and select processes/reports as well as various areas within the CenTrax NEXT platform.

FIELD MANAGER

The Field Group is a group of a select set of fields that will become available for analysis or ouput within the Research section of CenTrax Next. These groups can be selected, edited or created within Discovery/Research.

OUTPUT

The Output is the file creation process available within the Research window of the application and can be used to generate files for analysis or data auditing.

SamplePro is designed to give the ability to audit a sample of records using a random selection of records by size, percentage or using FFIEC’s Sample Guideline. The records can also be flagged in order to prevent the same record from being sampled again when doing a follow up audit.

ExportPro is designed to give the ability to automate the creation of files for specific records with the ease of one click.

BISG PROXY

The BISG Proxy tool allows for the proxy race, gender, and ethnicity to be determined for records based on the name and geography on the record. It is designed to be used on records where that information is not gathered but are used in a Fair Lending analysis or exam.

UPDATE DERIVED FIELDS

The Update Derived Fields gives the ability to update and run calculations after records have been imported, if needed, to make corrections and fill in missing pieces.

The Import section is used to define import layouts that associate fields from a text, excel, or other format file with the fields in CenTrax to place them in the appropriate locations to establish and/or update records. The import definition must be setup and can be used within the automation process.

The Import section is used to define import layouts that associate fields from a text, excel, or other format file with the fields in CenTrax to place them in the appropriate locations to establish and/or update records. The import definition must be setup and can be used within the automation process.

DATA CONVERSION

The Data Conversion allows for the conversion of a character string into an actual code automatically during the import process.

CASS AND GEOCODE PROCESS

The CASS process will evaluate the address on the record to better match with the USPS coding to assist in the identifying and obtaining geocodes on records. The Geocode process will assign geocode attributes to the record based on the address it contains.

REPLACEPRO

The ReplacePro function allows for the ability to setup a modification or change to data within a set field for records that meet specific qualifications. It will cut down the time it’ll take to accomplish the change to a click of a button rather than a series of clicks.

The DeletePro function allows for the ability to automate the deleting of records that meet specific qualifications.

The Automation Manager allows for automating all of the different DataPro processes in any desired order to alleviate clicks and make the process more easier and efficient.

CENTRAX SETTINGS

System wide settings can be applied and managed through the CenTrax Settings area of the system. They will determine what edits to trap for, geocode settings to apply during Data Entry and how to manage duplicate account numbers.
